Privacy Rights Requests
How to ask for a copy, an export, a correction or the deletion of your personal data.

You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal data we maintain about you.
How to submit a request
Email support@helping.io from the email address associated with your account and include:
- The type of request (access, deletion, correction, export)
- Any relevant details (for example, org workspace name)
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account.
What you can do in-product
- Delete your own conversations from within the VS Code extension.
- Delete conversations and responses created through our
/v1API, through the API. A delete works the same way everywhere: the deleted conversation or response is hidden from every read at once, and its content is erased 30 days after the delete. See Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
A conversation attached to an evaluation experiment cannot be deleted while that experiment exists. See Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
Timing
We aim to respond within a reasonable time, and within timelines required by applicable law.
We handle deletion requests manually. Within 30 days of your request, we delete or anonymize your personal data. We keep billing records and the security audit log, as the law and security require.
