Subprocessors
The third parties that process data so helping.io can run.

IMNS LLC (d/b/a Helping.io) uses the following subprocessors to operate the Service:
- Render: hosting of the API
- Neon: managed Postgres database
- Cloudflare: edge network, hosting of the web app and sites, and object storage
- Stripe: payments and billing
- Resend: transactional email
- Google Workspace: operational email (support/admin)
- GitHub: issue tracking for bug reports
- Axiom: application logs and error monitoring (request and error metadata)
- Anthropic: AI model inference (processing prompts, code snippets, file paths, and errors to generate responses)
- OpenAI: AI model inference (processing prompts, code snippets, file paths, and errors to generate responses)
- Google (Gemini): AI model inference (processing prompts, code snippets, file paths, and errors to generate responses)
