If you are a business customer and require a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) for use of Helping.io, we can provide one on request.
What this covers
A Helping.io DPA is intended to cover common requirements for customers who need contract language for data protection compliance (for example GDPR/UK GDPR), including:
- Roles and scope (controller/processor)
- Processing instructions
- Confidentiality and security measures
- Subprocessor terms and transparency
- Assistance with data subject requests
- Incident/breach notification process
- Data return/deletion upon termination
- Cross-border transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable)
How to request a DPA
Email support@helping.io with:
- Your organization name
- Your account email / org workspace name
- Any special requirements (if you have them)
We will respond with our standard DPA template and instructions to execute it.
